Kingspan Insulated Panels Australia Launches Locally Manufactured Mineral Wool Panels

Kingspan Insulated Panels, a leader in high-performance insulation and building envelope solutions, has introduced the K-Roc range of mineral wool insulated wall and ceiling panels to the Australian market.

This innovative product line is now produced locally at Kingspan's St Marys facility in Sydney, a significant step forward for the company's Australian operations.

By manufacturing K-Roc panels domestically, Kingspan has removed the need for importing from the UK, greatly reducing lead times. This local production guarantees that contractors and clients can confidently adhere to tight construction schedules without sacrificing quality.

K-Roc panels are designed for quick and easy installation due to their prefabricated structure. This design speeds up the completion of a building’s external envelope, allowing interior works to commence earlier and potentially cutting overall project timelines and labor expenses.

The K-Roc range delivers excellent thermal performance and superior fire resistance, making it ideal for a variety of applications. These panels comply with the National Construction Code (NCC) requirements for non-combustible materials, as outlined in clause C2D10 (6)(g).
